菌   种   说   明

您好:

 感谢您使用本单位的微生物菌种,我们有可用于科研、教学、生产的菌种约2500株,基本覆盖了环境、工业、农业、分析、食、药用真菌行业各类生产和科研用微生物,其中许多优良菌株的生产性能具有较高水平。我们对所提供菌种作如下说明:  

  • 菌种简介:
    1、菌种名称:ATCC 9027 铜绿假单胞菌(绿脓杆菌)
    2、规格:斜面□    冻干管□

二、保藏条件:冻干菌种应在2-8℃保存;斜面菌种放15-20度保存,15-20天转接一次。

三、培养条件:
1. 培养基:营养琼脂培养基(NA)
             胰蛋白栋大豆肉汤培养基(TSA)
             LB培养基     以上培养基三选一即可
2. 培养温度: 37℃
3. 培养时间:18- 24h

四、真空冻干菌种的复苏培养:
1、安瓿管开封:用浸过75%酒精的脱脂棉擦净安瓿管,用火焰加热其顶端,滴少量无菌水至加热顶端使之破裂,用锉刀或镊子敲下已破裂的安瓿管顶端。
2、菌种恢复培养:用无菌吸管吸取 0.1-0.2毫升的培养液或无菌水,滴入安瓿管内轻轻振荡,使冻干菌体溶解呈悬浮状,吸取全部菌体悬浮液,移植于1-2支建议的斜面培养基上,并在建议的温度下培养。

五、注意事项:
1、微生物菌种应保藏于低温、清洁和干燥的地方,室温放置时间过长会导致菌种衰退;
2、菌种操作应在无菌条件下进行,防止杂菌污染;
3、冻干菌复苏后,应根据菌种状况及时转接传代
